Brand awareness is a long-term investment that’s easy to forget when you’re caught up in day-to-day direct marketing to fill client spots. And research showed that the media and public really didn’t know who Easter Seals Crossroads was. So when National changed its logo and mandated that ‘disability’ be added, it presented a great opportunity to build the brand locally. We built the awareness campaign around ‘ability,’ leading to increased referrals and a stronger reputation as an agency that was making a real difference locally.
