Don’t Cut Direct Mail

If you are trying to communicate with clients, prospects and other stakeholders, don’t rely on e-mail. A good e-mail open rate is only 35%. I have seen too many folks believe who try to save money only to dilute their message and response rate.

On the flip side, direct mail coupled with other multi-channel marketing can be really effective. It can greatly increase response rates!!
